and that’s a wrap
About 2 weeks ago we got a call from one of the Hendrick dealerships asking if we’d be willing to wrap one of their new cars to create a more unique look to an already amazing car… Who would pass up that opportunity? We were delivered a 2014 BMW i3 electric car. Now if you haven’t been in one of these, they’re pretty interesting. They’re made mostly out of recycled and composite parts to make it more ECO friendly. The chassis is made out of carbon and basically glued together in every aspect. Quick nimble and a fun to drive city car that they wanted to make into a little bit of a head turner and try to give it a bit more of a sporty look. The whole process took about 2 days from start to finish, cleaning the car inside and out, disassemble and wrapping all the panels and complete reassembly.
With this car we chose to use Avery Supreme Matte Black wrapping film to get a nice clean install and to try and match the factory plastic panels as best as possible
Take a look at some of the pictures to see the whole process.
